Delivering the highest quality solutions requires abiding by a higher set of standards and regulations. Under our Code of Business Conduct (COBC), we promote a culture of safety, accountability and integrity in every project, program and community we serve.

To report a violation of the law or the COBC you may use the  'AIOEAM' Ethics Hotline and Reporting system. Available 24/7, your questions or concerns will be addressed by the company confidentially and discreetly. You may remain anonymous and translators are available. 

'AIOEAM' stands for fair competition and supports small, local, minority and women owned businesses. 'AIOEAM' has a Supplier Code of Conduct and it defines  'AIOEAM'  ’s expectations in relation to the Supplier’s work with  'AIOEAM', including compliance with any local and national laws and regulations. We invite everyone to join the  'AIOEAM' Supply Chain Partner Community. 

'AIOEAM 's Global Human Rights Policy was created to ensure that all of  'AIOEAM 's operations worldwide respect and uphold the human rights of all human beings. This policy applies to all operations of 'AIOEAM'  and affiliates worldwide.

The AIOEAM has a zero-tolerance policy relating to trafficking in persons related behavior, and 'AIOEAM' Trafficking in Persons Policy was established to implement such policy. 'AIOEAM's Trafficking in Persons Policy applies to all employees, subcontractors and subcontractor employees of 'AIOEAM', its subsidiaries and affiliated companies worldwide.
